Transfort e-Ticket App
Transfort e-Ticket gives riders the ability to buy tickets via their mobile device before they travel. Single, Round Trip, Day Passes, 7-Day Passes, 31-Day Passes and Annual Adult Passes are available through the app. Passengers who qualify for discounted Senior or Disabled passes may also use the app by purchasing their passes from a customer support representative at one of Transfort’s three transit centers. Riders then simply scan their mobile barcode tickets on the new electronic validation devices when boarding the bus. The app is available to download from the App store or Google Play.
How to Use the Transfort e-Ticket App
- Choose the type of ticket you want to
purchase.
- Select your payment method.
- Fill in your card details. You can
also pay with Masterpass or Apple
Pay.
- Go to your Ticket Wallet and
select your ticket before boarding.
- Remember to activate your ticket
before boarding.
- Scan your ticket on
the validation unit inside the bus.
- Use the menu button for tools such as
Google maps and alerts.
